Vegan Fast Food: Tacos at Chipolte

It’s not authentic Mexican cuisine, but it’ll do in a pinch.

The picture doesn’t sell it. Under that overgrowth of lettuce there’s guacamole, black beans, rice, pico de gayo and corn salsa. It’s good food, amazing for fast food.

  1. That looks like a pile of lettuce with two corn chips sticking out of it. I fail to see the appeal.
