Similar to Vivace in Seattle in their extreme focus on every aspect of a great cup of espresso, from grind and pour to coffee art and decor, Cafe Artigiano is my current favorite cafe in Vancouver BC. Both places subscribe to the idea that milk should be steamed at a lower temperature than most places to bring out the perfect sweetness. I always ask for extra-hot and it’s still never hot...
