North Seattle Hit and Run Driver Captured
A driver sideswiped at least seven parked cars late Thursday before being captured.  Officers swarmed the area near NW 73rd St & Sycamore Ave NW about 10:30 p.m. and arrested the driver a short time later.  It was not immediately clear if the driver was being chased before he hit the cars or if police were responding to the crashes.  Hit-and-Run Driver Captured...
